If you have any questions about our shop or appointments, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to make your shopping experience as stress-free as possible. Every bride is different and this is very personal to you, but we would advise looking for your dress 9 to 12 months in advance.

If you are working towards a date which is much closer than this, don’t panic, as some dresses can be ordered on a rush delivery and we also have an amazing range of Ready to Love gowns.

Yes – appointments are required to enable us to give all our brides a personalised 1:1 service.

We recommend no more than 4/5 guests who know you best. Too many opinions may confuse you.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, but knickers are an essential!

Appointments are 2 hours and you can try on as many/as few during this period.

It certainly will – We have two beautiful bridal suits where you can enjoy your appointment with your chosen guests in a stress free environment.

Yes we have an in-house expert alteration service. Alterations are chargeable and payable to the seamstress prior to collection.

Our stock dresses range from UK10 to UK32.

When you find your dream dress with us we require a 50% deposit at the point of ordering, with the remaining balance not being due until your dress arrives in store.

Ready to Love gowns are paid in full and taken away same-day.
